About Author 

Dr. Bhavit Bansal is a scholar and practitioner in Yoga, Naturopathy, and Integrative Medicine with strong academic and research credentials. He holds a BNYS from S-VYASA and an MSc in Yoga Therapy from NIMHANS, with advanced fellowships in Neurological Rehabilitation and Epidemiology. As Senior Research Fellow at the Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy, Ministry of AYUSH, his work focuses on neurophysiology, yoga therapy, and integrative healthcare. A published author, speaker, and curriculum contributor, he also serves as a wellness entrepreneur and medical director, bridging yogic wisdom and modern science for holistic well-being.
Dr. Kanak Soni, BNYS, M.D. (Clinical Naturopathy), Ph.D. (Yogic Science), and MBA (Hospital & Healthcare Management), is an internationally recognized integrative medicine expert, researcher, and academician with over twelve years of experience. India’s first M.D. in Clinical Naturopathy, he specializes in Integrative Disease Management. As Chief Medical Officer at Patanjali Wellness Centre, Haridwar, he has led evidence-based, non-pharmacological interventions for chronic diseases. A consultant to the President of India at the AYUSH Wellness Clinic, Rashtrapati Bhavan, he has championed integrative health reforms. Recipient of the 2025 Best Yoga and Naturopathy Physician Award, Dr. Soni heads the Faculty of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences at the University of Patanjali.
