About The Author-
“Dr. Bhavit Bansal, a distinguished expert in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) from TSYNM, S-VYASA University. He further advanced his expertise with a Fellowship in Neurological Rehabilitation (FNR) from Medvarsity and an M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy (Mental Health and Neuroscience) from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience (NIMHANS), where he also completed a Certificate Course in Integrative Medicine (CCIM).
Currently, Dr Bansal serves as Senior Research Fellow in Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy, Dr Bansal served as an Assistant Professor and Research Officer at the Department of Research in Sant Hirdaram Medical College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences for Women, Bhopal. He is the author of “”The Applied Mud Therapy”” and has published five papers in international journals. Dr. Bansal is also the founder of Own Your Growth (OYG), an NGO dedicated to supporting naturopathic professionals. His contributions include conducting workshops at national and international conferences and leading a notable session at the Indian Space Research Organization.
Dr Shobhitha Tantry B, a BNYS graduate from Government Nature Cure and Yoga Medical College Mysuru, RGUHS university, is an enthusiast of ancient Indian traditions and the science behind them.
