Womanhood is a great opportunity to reach those spiritual heights which otherwise are difficult for a soul to achieve in any other body than that of a woman! The modern woman of today’s world needs to go deeper than her physical self and accept and release a lot of old stuck up energies of guilt, fear, shame, emotional pain etc. from the inside to let her womanhood show her the path of spiritual awakening and ultimate liberation from all the shackles of a false womanhood that serves only society at large and not her at the soul level. Every woman needs to love herself and her womanhood more than just protect it or feel conscious about it because the soul has no gender. A fine balance between its feminine and masculine energies can help in achieving that enlightenment and salvation which each soul needs to achieve in its lifetime and which is so much possible for a soul that is born as a woman!

On a heavy, foggy afternoon, Dev looked out the window of his hostel room and saw nothing, just like his future. The fourth and final semester of his master’s degree was about to end and he had no idea about what was next. Till now, getting into the next course was always an escape, but now he seemed like running out of ideas, just like his packets of Maggi. Yesterday, Dev’s hostel mess closed for winter vacation, and he thought of his future, or the lack of it, and rushed towards Laali’s room. ‘Oye’ said Laali to Dev, ‘Will you break it or what?’ he continued. ‘Good you came by; we are out of stock. Just look at the weather, we need it’. Let’s go now, it may snow later. Dev nodded in agreement as they had just partied last night and needed another bottle of “Old Monk”. Maggi could surely wait. Tonight, maybe the wisdom of ‘Old Monk’ will provide some insight to my future, which the classrooms of Summerhill university have eluded from me till now, Dev thought.
