About the Book

Indian Therapeutic Nutrition: A Mechanistic and Disease-Specific Clinical Compendium is a systems-based clinical reference linking Indian dietary therapeutics to disease management. Spanning metabolic, cardiovascular, digestive, respiratory, immune, neurological, musculoskeletal, and renal conditions, it grounds each protocol in physiological mechanism rather than tradition alone—translating Indian foods and nutrients into evidence-informed, disease-specific nutritional care for clinicians, students, and integrative practitioners.
