About the Author

 

Dr Bhavit Bansal (BNYS; M.Sc. Yoga Therapy, NIMHANS) is a Senior Research Fellow at CCRYN, Ministry of AYUSH. and a PhD scholar at IIT Delhi’s NRCVEE. With 20+ peer-reviewed publications spanning autonomic physiology, contemplative neuroscience, and integrative medicine, he works to bridge Indian knowledge systems with rigorous clinical research.

 

Dr. Tanya Jain, B.N.Y.S FCRSW, is a Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences physician, Clinical Research Fellow, and wellness consultant registered with the Ministry of AYUSH Specializing in women’s health, therapeutic yoga, nutrition, and preventive care, she currently serves as Semor Resident Medical Officer at a Rajbhagh Wellness. A Holistic Retreat, Udaipur bridging traditional healing with modern science.
